Mend Start Change Key

the bottom control panel where the start menu is has change position?

My son slam the key board on my laptop and the position of the control at the bottom changed to my right hand side.Please how do i fix this

First right click and ensure Lock the Taskbar is not ticked

Then left click (hold) and drag it to where you want it

Then right click and lock the taskbar
