Hotpoint first edition 1200 door locked falshing lights?
During a washing cycle on my Hotpoint first edition 1200 washing machine the electricity went off. Now when i press the active button to start a wash the door locked button flashes continuosly but nothing else happens. Is there a reset button somewhere or do i have to call out an expert. I have made sure that the door is closed properly.
your machine will need a new door interlock and most prob a new control panel.if its under 5years old then you will be covered by the parts warranty but will have to pay ÂŁ90 call out fee

Hi Phil, not too sure what u mean by WMA machine,but i have unplugged it from the mains and left it for a few hours but still no joy.Thanx anyway.

hi if this is a wma machine try unpluging from the mains for ten then try again
