Mend Hotpoint WF320G Water Drum Spin

WATER STUCK IN DRUM?

MY HOTPOINT WF320G HAS STUCK ON SPIN CYCLE WITH THE DRUM FULL OF WATER AND THE ON/OFF BUTTON,REDUCED CREASES AND DOOR LOCKED BUTTONS ALL FLASHING. NOTHING IS WORKING. HELP?

chris, it sounds like something blocking pump, check for socks stuck in pipes or coins in pump etc ,also check drain hose is not blocked or kinked, hope this helps
