Mend Vokera Fault Water

TO PAUL REGARDS VOKERA PRESSURE FAULT?

I HAVE FOUND WATER LEAKING FROM (OVERFLOW????)PIPE THAT GOES OUTSIDE. THIS FLOW EBBS AWAY AS PRESSURE DROPS. LOSS OF PRESS GRADUALLY BECOMING WORSE OVER PAST 2 WEEKS . IS THIS A SAFETY PRESS RELIEF OR POSS LEAKING SEAL IN PRESSURE VESSEL ????? YOUR HELP MUCH APPRECIATED

most likely pressure release valve.cheapest option.have to hope its not pressure vessel.please check armoured flex to pressure vessel is not blocked this can give impression vessel gone.pressure usually raises quickly if pressure vessel as gone

It could be that your boiler has lost the pressure from the expansion vessel fitted internally. The vessel will require re pressurizing to minimum 1 bar.This can only be done with the system pressure at 0 bar
