how do i hot wire my peugeot speedfighter 2?

take the casing off around the ignition, take the wires off the back of the ignition barrel and twist theblack wire and the red together then touch the black with the blue stripe to that and it should tick over

my speed fighter 2 starts but it is realy noisy and it was fine one night then the next day it wouldnt start but i got it started after about 3 hours of kick starting dose any one now what i can do to it to make it quite and running nicly thanks

ian does the engine turn over off the button?or is it totally dead you should be able to kick start it if the battery is dead or even if the starter motor is faulty,the common problem for this model is the loss of spark at the plug so i would suggest you lay the plug aginst the cylinder head and see if the spark is there when you kick the engine over,if it doesnt then you can buy a new box that is missing the immobiliser and wont cause you any hassle again for around 100 pounds which is beetter and chaper than the original peugeot one ok

If the speedfighter have been stored outside in the rain for a longer period, it will start to corrode inside the starter button. Remove the shield in front of the handlebars. Remove the two screws that holds the clamp for the switches. Remove the two small screws that secures the starting switch. Be careful not to loose some parts. Grind the copper parts with a fine grinding paper an lubricate before reassembling the parts. I had the same problem with my peugeot because of a rainy autumn.
