Hotpoint TDWSF83BEP not starting?

Hotpoint TDWSF83BEP. Warning lights for Door Filter, Bottom Filter and and Water tank permanently illuminated prohibiting start up. All Filters are spotless, tried a reset and now these 3 lights all flash, machine still not working. Suggestions please
