Mend Hotpoint TCM570 Water Dryer Filter

Hotpoint TCM570 Aquarius - does not extract water?

COndenser dryer does not extract water. Have cleaned the filter - what else can it be?

Hotpoint Hotpoint TCM570 Household Appliances, Tumble Dryers Water Dryer Filter

at back of the machine on the bottom looking at it from the rear there is a grey box it holds the pump that fills the water tray on the front of the machine
its a common fault on hotpoint the float sticks down so pump wont operate remove the mains supply before removing the cover
