Mend Hotpoint AQarious Stopped Water Emptied

hotpoint aqarious tumble dryer not heating,?

my year old dryer has stopped heating up, the water collector has been emptied, the filter is clear, the drum goes round but it does not heat up at all, any ideas ????

try changing the termosats, there are 2 in the back behind the cover. the one with the green spot is known as a one shot. if you stop your dryer mid cycle this can blow. change both together should be around £20.00 for 2
