Henderson Garage Door problem?

Have old type Henderson up and over garage door. A Tension cable at top attaches to small wheels on each side of door . These small wheels go up and down along a metal vertical channel. Somehow, both wheels have now come out of the metal channel and are running along the outside of the metal channel !
Any ideas please on how I can get the wheels back inside the metal channel ?
