De’Longhi Magnifica ESAM 4200 S?

Delonghi Magnifica - older model ESAM 4200 S (but only purchases May 21) defuser jammed in down position but tray and coffee ground tray stuck in. I cannot slide tray out or remove the grounds tray as the defuser is so low. Switching it off and back on again has not reset the defuser. Not sure what else to do. The middle warning light is stuck on red (red triangle) and the on/off button is not doing anything.
