i have an epsom printer that stopped working it came up on the computer as a part in your printer needs replacing but did not tell me which part.
The ink is ok the paper went in ok it was printing fine up untill then any ideas.

It's a little program sent via email that resets the printer
The printer has a clock built in to force you to take it back to the shop.

Epsom printers have a built-in counter that turns them off when they reach a predetermined print count. They all seem to have their own unique ink cartridges and by having this built-in obsolescence they know when demand for each model is likely to end. I like Epsom printers and print 800+ letters per week on one, but only use compatible ink cartridges. My local compter shop resets the counter when needed and would suggest you do the same.
