Mend Cooper Security 9651 Engineer Days Replaced

continuous beeping cooper security 9651?

Engineer called 2 days ago replaced battery and serviced. This morning put in code, started beeping on 3rd number. tried entering code several times , pressed x tick, seems to be stuck. panel says
Code ? *** the third star is continuously flashing. How do I stop it. none of the alerts are showing anything.
