Mend Halstead Hero 40 Wont Crank Up

Halstead Hero 40 won't crank up?

Installer blew in Air Pressure Tube and it worked ok for all of a couple of weeks. New engineer replaced Air Pressure Tube and this worked for all of a few days. Engineer returned and blew in tube and this lasted a couple of hours. Stiil not working, engineer is baffled can anyone help?
