Machine stuck on pause?

Hi I'm having trouble with my Beko wmb81241lb washing machine ....today it was making a noise while washing a housecoat and was stuck at 5 mins so I paused and turned dial to spin and drain, when my husband came in i put it on again on the freshenup cycle with the machine empty ,it stuck at 5 min so I paused again now its not doing anything and full of water can you help
