Ultima 65 has a scream, what can we do?

Our Ultima 65 has a scream that keeps getting louder, had been intermittent, but is now continuous. Laminate seals well, no other problems, smells like it might be running a little hot. A new heat tube or element was installed last May. Last Ultima 65 we had ran for years without trouble, this one is different. Thanks
