Mend Royal Sovereign 65 Turn Reset Work

Ultimate 65 laminator will not turn on and reset don't work. what wrong?

I have an Ultimate 65 laminator its not quiet a year old. We had a roll back jam. The film is removed from the rollers but now it will not come on. I the reset button does nothing it will not flip its like its stuck. so what is wrong? Also were can I get parts?
