how do i take the inside panel of my vauxhall combo sliding door?

They can be removed but it's awkward,you have to get the horseshoe clip off the interior handle and lever off the door card but it should come off ok. Had one or two like that,make sure the contacts are clean on the door pillar for the electrics. The lock/latch itself could have an internal fault in it,for security can't say on here but you will need to use some ingenuity to get it open,good luck.
