Mend Sharper Image S1412 Light Stopped Working

I have a sharper image S1412 desk light and the switch is does not work?

My desk light has stopped working. It does not turn on. The bulb is good (tested it in another light). Is it the blast?

The bulb is good so that doesn't leave much - power at the wall socket? Fuse? Cable continuity? Switch? Bulb connections?
