Mend Indesit WDS1000 Dryer Spin Works

My indesit washer / dryer wds1000 washes ok but will not spin!?

I have an indesit washer dryer that works well until it reaches the point of spinning. Water empties ok but the spin doesn't happen.
Programmer continues to move and it eventually switches off.
Any ideas???
