I think Good Luck, below, has missed the point. You say your OVERFLOW is dripping - One assumes you mean the 15mm vent pipe that goes outside the building to discharge in the event of over-pressure in the system.
Good Luck appears to be referring to the flue vent which, as he suggests may emit steam and may well drip if it wasn't installed with a proper backwards slope.
Can you confirm it is the pressure relief pipe that is dripping and not the flue?

In your case, it is possible the pressure relief valve is leaking slightly - because your system has been over-pressured (possibly a result of a failed expansion vessel that is now full of water or possibly a fill loop that was never completely shut off) and now had some dirt in it preventing it from closing completely.
