You have done something like damaged seals, fitted the wrong nozzle (even the right one has a 15% manufacturing tolerance) adjusted the oil, adjusted the air, messed up air intakes so the recycle, duffed the nozzle while fitting it, caused flame impingement......the list goes on.........
