Motorhome Alarm A46xx setting problem?

I was told by my dealer, in order to set alarm and be able to move around at night I had to do the following, switch off engine leave key in place, within 5 seconds press program button and hold until led flashes 3 X , I have done this, then set alarm with fob. This only alarms the front cab and has omitted all other doors and windows as well as the sonic interior. I have now re tried to alarm the vehicle without excluding anything and it's only alarming the cab and not the whole vehicle as it did, what have I done wrong and is there a re set.
