how to fit carbon brushes?

Check out youtube videos - not all washing machine motors are the same but they're all very similar in principle and where the brushes go.

After that buy your new brushes - then get your head inside the back of the machine to do the work.

Youtube videos will show the motor taken out because it's difficult to film inside the back of a machine with a person working inside it....

Alternatively have an engineer call and do it for you...
