Thermal fuse broken. check resistance of the red wires on the main pcb next to mains input. If resistance >1ohm then replace on of two thermal fuses....

There are many causes of No Power on your Delonghi Dehumidifier...

No power at wall socket
Fuse in plug blown
On Off switch in off position
On Off switch defective
Water reservoir full - just a guess
And internal electrical fault of some sort

As for WHY then that's a more difficult question
