won't fill Tricity Bendix cdw 101 dishwasher?

Won't fill on any programme. Is this likely to be an issue with the inlet valve or the control unit? Have checked the inlet filter and taken the valve unit apart, and there is no debris inside. The fault developed quite suddenly suggesting to me an electrical fault.
