wont start off choke?

hi
i have a cbr125 2007 , the bike will start on choke but when you switch it off it will not restart , i have changed ...fuel pump , plug, battery, throttle body, ecu and all the sensors around the bike and done valve clearance , ive had a donor bike next to mine and swapped parts over and still it wont restart once it has cut out
