Mend Minikote G3 New Machine Repairable

New machine or repairable?

My school's Minikote G3 laminator was left on too high and was turned off when found. Now, it will not heat at all. Does this sound like something that is repairable or is it possibly fried and done? Thanks!

I would guess you would do best to buy a new machine
