Mend Valiant eco technology Boiler Eco Hot Pressure

Valiant boiler?

I have a valiant eco technology boiler and tonight there was no hot water. This is normally the pressure which I checked and looks like gauge is faulty which is showing off the scale yet boiler says 1.3. Tried turning it off then back on it goes to fire then fails. Any help please.
