Mend Valiant Turbo Max Boiler Central Heating Fault

Hot water and Central Heating Not coming on?

I have a valiant turbo max about 10 yrs old, i have no hot water and the light is not coming on, also the central heating is not coming on, i had the diverter value changing 12 mths ago and it cost me £300, any ideas on what this could be.
