Mend Paradox Paragon Plus Set Walk Alarm

Settings ?

Need to re set the walk in- walk out time on my Paragon Plus. Have manual. Have had since I had alarm installed. I messed up the settings and now cannot sort it !! :(
All else works fine.
Driving me nuts I cannot set it myself, Help ?
