Mend Mistral mss10 Red Light Green

How can I fix my Mistral mss10 air conditioner?

Mistral mss10 split system air conditioner won't run. Red sleep light and green run light stay on but nothing happens. Have tried manual on switch, reset the remote, reset circuit breaker, nothing works! It's like the sleep timer is stuck on, but not according to the display. Even the installer couldn't get it going. Any suggestions?
