Mend Toshiba Tv Fine

How can I fix my Toshiba combi TV dvd player? ?

I have had two Toshiba combi TV now and this second one was playing dvds fine to start off with. Now when I am watching dvds it is constantly making a vigorous vibration sound and freezes. I have used a dvd lens cleaning disk and it hasn't appeared to make any difference at all. What can I do?
