Mend Glowworm Climapro2 Heating Boiler Display

Climapro2 feint display?

Glow worm Climapro2
Despite numerous sets of batteries the display is too feint to read. Need to make changes for clocks going on but can't see display to do it. Anyone come across this problem?
Boiler works perfectly.
