how can i get my stat to on?

i have an rdj10rf,i followed the instructions,the reciever has both led and relay light on,so there seems to be a connection there,still my boiler display informs me that my room stat is off and the burner wont kick in,i have hot water but no heating.any idears? thanks

yes it is in the run position,i have tried it on auto and on comfort,led on receiver is green and relay is light is amber,so it seems to be in working order
