how do i remove agitator from simpson aquapulse 713 please?

Take the filter out of the centre post. Look down the bottom of the tube on the agitator and you will see a hexagon head bolt. You need a long extension with a 10mm socket to get down there and unscrew the hexagon bolt. Then pull agitator up & out.
