Dolce Gusto Melody 3 machine?

Hiya people. Recently bought a Dolce Gusto melody 3 coffee machine,it's Ivory and black but has an hideous red plug and cable on it-Lord only knows why?! Anyone know how to take the bottom off so I can change the flex and plug? Many thanks. Andy
