Mend LDV Maxus Van Switch Not Working

LDV Maxus van blower switch not working?

Have a LDV Maxus van, problem with blower switch seems to be blowing out into the footwell no matter what position the switch is in, used to be difficult to turn now moves easily, any suggestions welcome, thanks.
