Hello I have a Whale ext water pump which I have tried to fit but it is not working, as far as I know the pump is ok as it is brand new bought from dealer. The onboard pump is working ok the one I'm trying to fit is to fill my onboard tank from th ewater hog. My van is Knaus Sudwind 450TF. I have wired it all up but not getting power to pump switch any help would be apreciated.

Test the pump with an external 12V supply. If pump works then use a multimeter check for 12V supply at the external socket. if none then look on the switch panel(s) for an on/off pump switch (sometimes labelled external pump) and make sure it is on. If none then wire tracing is the only way.
