Mend Singer 2001 Sewing Machine Stitch Bobbin

my Singer 2001 touch tronic winds the thread underneath the bobbin ?

It winds the thread underneath the bobbin instead of on the bobbin, also when I sew, after a few stitches it will make a stitch that goes to the side like I was doing a zig zag stitch.
