Mend Range Master Toledo Cooker Oven Repair

Range master dual fuel110 Toledo, fan assisted oven does not heat up to max?

Fan assisted oven only partially heats up. We have replaced fan and heating element in last 6 months. At present fan operates and oven heats up but does not heat to Max temp.
