Mend Hit sdw80p Replaced Top Left

Hit point dishwasher sdw80p?

I have recently replaced the facia top of the dishwasher which was cracked. Before putting it back, on the left hand side which looked like a motherboard there was a green light flashing. This cannot be seen when all is put together. What does this mean please? What have I done wrong. The dishwasher turns on and computes to the correct programme but I haven't actually set it going yet. Just in case!!
