How can I repair my hotpoint WMA61 Washing Machine?

My washing machine fills up but then does a short 2 second spin it then starts to wash but as soon as it rotates it stops and starts to empty the display disappears and the letters ON appear in the display no fault code shows up all the selected programs are the same
