Mend Bosch Rotak 37 Electric Lawnmower Grass

how can I fix my bosch rotak 37 electric corded lawnmower?

extremely noisy in use. when I take it off the grass it's still noisy so obviously not a resistance problem. my neighbour has one and it's very quiet. what could be the problem.
