Please write using complete words in gramaticaly correct sentences, using correct punctuation and capitalisation. Most browsers have some form of autocorrect or ortographic checking. Turn it ON. It can help write beter.

A message that a page is off line mean that the requested page is not functional or it's hosting server is down for any reason.

There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING wrong on your side and nothing that you can do to correct the situation.

Your ONLY choice are:

- Wait some time and hope that that page goes back on line.

- Go to some other page.

Wbe page probably means Web page - a web page can go off-line at any moment and for various reasons - if you switch off the machine that supplies the page you then it's off-line - if somebody pulls the plug on the machine and disconnects it from the internet - ditto.

All you can do is wait and go elsewhere.

You do not say the particular web page you're interested in

The original and continuing concept of the Internet is that machines can connect and disconnect with no notice.
