Honda easy start?

Hi, have a great Honda easy start which has been in storage 10 months. Starts and cuts ok but is not driving the back roller (self propelled model) is this a slipping clutch? Can see movement down through cable when lever pushed forward,but absolutely no attempt to drive. Help!
