how do i replace a lawn mower belt?

Belt broke on Honda HR21 self-propelled lawnmower. No manual. How do I replace the belt myself?

I don't know the HR21 particularly but on most Hondas the belt is accessed from below the cutter deck - often hidden beneath a metal cover. However, before you bash on, check for any removable covers on the top of the deck, between the engine and the axle area.
