Mend Simpson EZI Coming Set Top

Ld. message coming up in display?

When I set my Simpson EZI set top load washer ready to go and press start, I get an Ld. message in the display, and nothing happens. Any ideas?

Simpson Simpson EZI Household Appliances, Washing Machines Coming Set Top

Yes it means that the lid is open. More than likely the lid closed switch is faulty and needs to be replaced.
