Mend Mercedes-Benz Vito Van Start Easy

Starting issue?

I have a vito van won't start without easy start I've put new lift pump,fuel filter , heater plugs and hand primer on it, hasn't solved my problem. It won't bleed from the screw on filter when running unless I hand prime it, but when I excelerate air passes thru the fuel line from the filter it's puzzling me. Any suggestions?
