How to remove secondary heat exchanger on heatline vizo 24?

hi..this was done by gas engineer 4 years ago and it worked fine until i decided to clean the system few days ago. i think that needs doing again as the same problem resurfaced - hot water is on/off and there is a drop in water temperature. Cheers!
