Mend Heatline Vizo 24 Boiler Home Heating Pump

heatline vizo pressurizing?

I have a heatline vizo 24 and it started to pressurize and cut out. I checked the gauze filter under the pump and cleaned it, its had a new diverter valve & motor. the pump is running fine.
It fires up perfect and when it starts to heat up it very quickly pressurizes then cuts out.
any ideas

Are you sure the pump is actually pumping,I have known several instances where pump is running but not pumping because the impeller had disintegrated,If your'e sure diverter valve is open to c/heating start it up and feel the pipes to see if hot water is being moved out of boiler
